II.Intellectual Property (The "Gallop" Assets)

• Content Ownership:All films, case studies, branding, and assets are the exclusive property of Kaala Ghoda.
• Usage Restrictions:You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or "deep-link" our creative assets for commercial gain without a signed "Artist Union" or "Kaala Ghoda Films" agreement.

III.The Gallop Challenge & Games

• Entertainment Only:"The Gallop Challenge", "Impulse Jump", and "Stress Buster" are provided strictly for entertainment and engagement demonstration.
• No Clinical Value:These games are not diagnostic tools for neurology or psychology. The metrics displayed (ADRNL, CRTSL, etc.) are simulated representations of our creative philosophy.
• No Rewards:High scores in The Gallop Challenge do not confer any legal right to discounts, employment, or "Evil Plan" partnerships unless explicitly stated in a separate contract.
• Prohibited Acts:Use of bots or scripts to manipulate game scores is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent "Neural Path" ban.

IV.Service Disclaimers

• Predictive Accuracy:While we "Calibrate Confidence" using data, Kaala Ghoda does not guarantee specific "Virality" or financial ROAS, as market variables are subject to external volatility.
• Technical Excellence:We strive for 100% uptime, but we are not liable for "Neural Lab" server interruptions or lag during the "Impulse Jump" game.

V.Limitation of Liability

Kaala Ghoda and its global departments (Mumbai, Dubai, USA) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or "Sinister" damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on our "Superior Intel" data visualizations.

VI.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
